Coromandel coast is the southeast coast of India. Pedana, a town a few kilometers from the coast, is known for the Kalamkari style of printing. This is an age-old art of hand block printing on organic fabric using natural colors. Artisans use carved wooden blocks to create intricate patterns. The set of coasters and key hanger are inspired by the printing block designs used in the kalamkari style. All these beautifully set in a matt gold finished mesh box.
